NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES POLICY

RIWAJ does not offer any ‘Returns’ for any products. We strive hard for the satisfaction of our customers. In case the product is defected, we will accept exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for an exchange if:

  • An exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The product is damaged, stained, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differ from the original order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

To exchange an item, please email us at contact@riwaj.pro with the reason for the exchange and order details (Subject: Exchange, with #Order Number).

Once the return is approved, you will be requested to send the parcel back to us (Address will be provided).

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

CUSTOMIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER Customized orders, including alterations and made-to-measure products, CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ORDERS Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
